At The Feng Clinic, being healthy isn’t simply about the absence of illness, it is much more. Our physical, mental and spiritual health are closely intertwined and must be constantly fine-tuned as we age. Good nutrition and physical exercise are a prerequisite for good health and longevity, but that is not enough. What we think, feel and believe is also critical to creating balance, wholeness and coherence in our lives. Total mind and body wellness and longevity comes from a total sense of well-being from the top to bottom and from the inside out.
So how do you get started on the road to total wellness? We developed a program that is designed to help get you on the right track. The Lifestyle Program is a customized 3-month journey headed by Dr. Lu-Jean Feng. Her unique experience as a physician, surgeon, and plant-based nutrition expert lend itself to her role as a Wellness Coach for patients. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, sort through stressors in your life, or simply turn over a new leaf in life, Dr. Feng has the expertise and experience to help you reach your goals.
Our Lifestyle Program provides everything you need to help you reach your goals and be successful. Food, personal training, a state-of-the-art fitness assessment, comprehensive lab work, Dr. Feng’s Power Breakfast, a pedometer and heart rate monitor, and weekly sessions with Dr. Feng to provide you with a wealth of information and keep you on track.
Dr. Lu-Jean Feng is a health and wellness aficionado and can be seen routinely working out with Personal Trainer, Michael DiCillo or Spinning® after surgery at Feng Fitness.
